- BS degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent. 
- At least 3 years as an Oracle DBA.  Must have experience in: 

1. Project management.
2. Database design and development/maintenance. 
3. Managing application systems database environment. 
4. Data modeling, Oracle performance tuning.

Law Manager    Hong Kong

- Graduate with law degree (LLB or equivalent) 

- At least 3 years post qualification experience in private practice or as in-house Counsel in international trading, shipping or insurance company; 
- Familiar with sale and purchase of goods and insurance documentation; 
- Knowledge and experience in maritime law preferred; 
- High degree of fluency in written and spoken English. 

Law Manager  will be in charge of our In-House Legal Department responsible for: 

1) preparation and review of all sale and purchase contracts of goods; 
2) preparation and review of charter parties; 
3) handling of all insurance documentation;

Commercial / Trade Executive -- Hong Kong / China

- University Graduate; 

- Minimum 5 years experience in international trade, imports and exports documentation, familiar with L/C banking documents, insurance as well as contracts; 

- Able to negotiate with clients independently and willing to travel; 
- Well versed in spoken and written English;  Knowledge of any other European language will be an advantage. Spanish / German / French would be excellent.
