Software Quality Asssurance

Qualification Any Degree
Experience 5+ Yrs
Essential Should have Equal distribution between experience in SDLC and experience in SQA.
Must have Good communication skills.
Candidates must be more SQA than a testing profile.
SEI CMM company working experience preferable.
Willing to work without any direct reports under him/her, like hands on consultant role.

Testing Team Member / Analyst

Qualification Engineering Degree in Comp. Science / MCA
Experience Minimum 2 years experience in testing Client Server / Web based Applications using automated testing tools like Winrunner / Loadrunner
Job Profile Responsibilities :

1. To devise test strategy for various modules of Oracle Applications 
2. To prepare detailed test plans / test cases
3. To prepare test data and execute test cases
4. Configure tools like WinRunner, Loadrunner to automate testing
5. Document test results and track defects to closure

Requirements -
ESSENTIAL :

· Creation of test cases for black box testing
· Hands on experience in Winrunner / Loadrunner testing Oracle Applications
· High Analytical ability
· Structured and Methodical
· Excellent written communication skills
· Business Understanding

Desired:

· Knowledge of programming and programming errors
· Experience in legacy interface testing
