Job Description: CRM MANAGER
A Manager will be involved with and often responsible for all aspects of a
project including the Bid process and Client Management Processes.
It is the responsibility of a CRM Manager to implement a solution to a
client by ensuring that all key project aspects are delivered within a
timely and professional manner as well as being involved other business
relating to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to a Senior Manager/Partner a Manager will: -
* Use their knowledge to manage a team and a client through an
implementation process.
* Work pro-actively with Clients.
* Work with Technical Developers.
* Will take an active role in configuration, mapping process and design.
* Have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
* Be involved in the bidding process.
* Be involved with the Client Management process.
* Contribute to issues within the companies CRM practice.
Experience
In order to be considered for a position as a Manager, we will look for the
following: -
* A minimum of 6 years working within a commercial environment of which
minimum of 4 years will have been in a consultancy/consultancy environment.
* Proven ability in Managing aspects of a project
* A good understanding of Siebel, it is likely that they will be Siebel
trained and have had a minimum of 16 months of experience of working with
this product. (Please note that we will also consider candidates with good
experience of other Package solutions such as Vantive and Clarify).
* Evidence of an individual being involved in the full life-cycle of at least 3 different engagements
* Previous experience of managing a team of at least 8 individuals
* Unless a candidate has exceptional experience, it is necessary for any
applicants to be educated to Degree Level.

Development of comprehensive and thorough program folders documentation including FS, technical specs, test conditions, test plans, test data etc.
Team Skills
Ability to gather information and requirements from business contacts/process engineers in order to document FS.
Use well documented, structured, logical and formal functional decomposition processes to analyze and specify requirements.
Clearly Use of formal software development methodology for systems analysis, application design, construction, unit testing, system testing (string) and Integration testing.
Ability to work under pressurized working environments, deliver to tight deadlines and working effectively in a team.
Reporting issues and progress to team lead in a structured and effective way.

Personnell/Ben Admin Sr. Team Lead SAP HR consultant who has Extensive experience with SAP Personnel, Benefts and Compensation. Needs 5-7 years
experience with Ben/Admin and Personnel. Excellent Communication skills
SAP Hands on Project Manager Consultant. Must have CATS Expereince, Client also wants a Degree in Engineering Background. Consultant must have Excellent Communication Skills.
SAP Functional FI AP consultant. Solid FICO, AP functional analyst to backfill the functional analyst during GO LIVE and then perform production support for Wave 2 of the implementation. Wave 1 is the Corporate implementation and Wave 2 is international.
Responsibilities include: Training using existing training exercises and/or completion training exercise booklets. Prepare test data with core functional analyst. Executive demos Stage data so demos are ready to be given to executives as needed Stress Testing Develop functional plan for stress testing, staging when to cutover to new systems, what will other modules and systems does that effect, work with BASIS team for tuning, data staging Cutover Detailed action plan for cutover. Production Support For Designing and Configuring for Wave 2 and general production support.
Must Be Seasoned FICO AP experience in a LARGE, ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT. Must have Excellent Communications skills.
