Required Skills Functional analysis in CRM system Project of telephonic architecture (PABX, IVR, CTI)
Experience of the implemenatation of Contact Center with Genesys Internet Suite
Experience of the implemenatation of Contact Center with Cisco ICM
Client management
Working in a team
Minimum Experience required 3 years or more

Functional analysis in CRM system Project of CRM solution
Experience of developments of solutions in Remedy ARS
environment
Experience in implementation of Clarify and Siebel solutions
Client management
Working in a team
Minimum Experience required 3 years or more

Analysts / programmers

The person should take care about definition and formalisation of the requirements and refinement of the functional analysis output for the programmers.
Environment, background and skills:
a proven strong experience in programming with Cobol under the Unix
platform and a good knowledge in Oracle DB. In particular, the profile background must match with the
following environments
OS : IBM AIX Version 4
RDBMS : Oracle 8i
Compiler : Micro Focus COBOL Version 4.1

Remedy Consultants Candidates with excellent Remedy competences

a) Candidates with around 2 years of proven experience on projects on the Remedy platform.
b) Candidates with around2 years of proven experience in the installation of Remedy applications

Remedy developer/Admin - Qatar(Longterm)

Our client a leading IT solutions provider have the following requirement.
Position : Remedy developer/Admin Location : Qatar(Longterm)

Remedy ARS System

Qualifications/Skills

To have min 3 to 4 years of experience on Remedy ARS system
Have a good knowledge on Remedy Help desk, service level agreement and Asset Management.
Consultant should have good experience on SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Database.
Consultant should know tools Remedy Admin, User, Import and alert.

Duties/responsibilities:

Entails development, testing, administration, and fine tuning of Remedy System.
Daily customer and production support of the Remedy ARS.
Supporting and resolving the daily issues on Remedy ARS system
Supports the implementation, configuration, and customization of new or upgraded applications.
