Senior engineer 3+ years experience Design, development and coding of DSP algorithms for real time Telecom applications. You must be able to work independently to develop in C and/ or assembly, validate and integrate it for the specific tasks. Strong programming skill is a must and you are expected to implement the Modems and other VOIP signal/ blocks. Also expected to realize the algorithm in Firmware after validation and testing. Experience in algorithmic simulation on tools like MATLAB, SPW is a must. Apart from technical skills, you must have a good team working temperament, strong commitment to work and an ability to enjoy aggressive project schedules.

Team Lead

As a team lead, you must have a minimum of 6 years of design, development and technical leadership experience in digital signal processing for Communication Systems. You need to have very strong knowledge of Communication theory and algorithms. You must be able to develop functional specifications, lead the design process, and formulate the algorithms to carry your team through the implementation. Strong programming skills and hands on with tools is a must. The onus of providing technical leadership for delivering the best in the expected time frame is with you. The skill of task formulation and simulation at system level is a prerequisite.Experience with integration algorithms with multi-tasking kernel will be a plus.
