* Have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
* Be involved in the bidding process.
* Be involved with the Client Management process.
* Contribute to issues within the companies CRM practice.
Experience
In order to be considered for a position as a Manager, we will look for the
following: -
* A minimum of 6 years working within a commercial environment of which
minimum of 4 years will have been in a consultancy/consultancy environment.
* Proven ability in Managing aspects of a project
* A good understanding of Siebel, it is likely that they will be Siebel
trained and have had a minimum of 12 months of experience of working with
this product. (Please note that we will also consider candidates with good
experience of other Package solutions such as Vantive and Clarify).
* Evidence of an individual being involved in the full life-cycle of at
least 5 different engagements
* Previous experience of managing a team of at least 8 individuals
* Unless a candidate has exceptional experience, it is necessary for any
applicants to be educated to Degree Level.

Development and support of the Ariba BUYER platform integrated with SAP R/3
System configuration and tuning for optimal performance
Assisting the migration of new releases to the test and production instance ensuring the stability of the
