LIFE INSURANCE specialists

LIFE INSURANCE specialists working in IT companies and have done projects on Insurance. Candidates would typically have 8-12 years exp. in Insurance projects and have good domain expertise in Insurance sector .

The Technology is Mainframe (DB2/CICS etc). They would be working towards developing the Insurance vertical for NIIT and would be part of the core team for the same. These people would be driving the Insurance Practice for the client's business. 

Sun clustering expert:

who would help to design/fine tune a third party application to suit the clustering needs. The application typically would be oracle based with interfaces to the world ( like ftp, rpc, corba, connect direct, LU 6.2 etc.. ). Should be very strong in concepts, communication skills and documentation.

The role :

He would be part of an application architecture team. The team is
responsible for designing an application. As part of this panel he would be
responsible to ensure that the specifications match the clustering
requirements, the load balancing between servers is ensured etc.

Job Description:

The successful candidate must have previous experience and knowledge of Credit Card systems, ideally Vision Plus / Carpac / Cardlink / Vision 21 / Base 2000.

Skills required:

Prefer Vision Plus version 8.0 but will take version 2.5
Must be able to travel interstate and overseas, within the Asia Pacific Region.
Must know the Vision Plus product thoroughly
Excellent communication skills and confidence in themselves and the product.
The ability to be in the client's face.
Prefer technical background but will consider BA background.
A thorough knowledge of client relations and what that means to the vendor.
Asian language skills are desired but not essential.
Anyone who can speak Cantonese especially, but also Japanese, or Korean would be highly regarded.
The ability to turn a client request into a Vision Plus deliverable.
Good analysis skills.
Excellent presentation skills.

People with at least 7-10 years experience in IT industry, with good experience in the architecture and design of eBiz solutions/prod

Presales : 

People with at least 7-10 years project experience in e-Biz and C/S applications & projects, project management, preparing proposals & bids, estimation, client presentation, good comm skills (oral and written). 

WebLogic Administrators.

This requirement will be for an overseas assignment. The candidates recruited are to be deployed onsite abroad.

The ideal candidates would be working as WebLogic Administrators with 3-4 yrs of experience and can handle the job independently.
